Welcome to Phoenix Resilience Limited Business and Management Consulting

Operational Resilience is an outcome.  It's the product of how you manage all your existing non-financial risk management disciplines in a way which allows the organisation to absorb a range of severe but plausible shocks without inflicting intolerable harm on its customers or its own long-term viability.
